If I could give it no stars I would. I want to preface this by saying that all of the professionals in Spark are INDEPENDENTLY CONTRACTED and this review is in no way relevant to any of them. This review is for beauty professionals looking to rent a suite. RUN FAR AWAY FROM SPARK. Management/Ownership is extremely unprofessional and do not do their job correctly. Within our first year there we dealt with a broken AC everyday (I had to buy my own portable AC unit to keep my room within a workable temp otherwise my room would get up to 82 degrees), toilets in the bathroom overflowing (feces would literally be floating on the bathroom floor for hours before someone would come and take a look), unlawful entry by maintenance (maintenance would walk into our rooms at any time with no notice and no knocking-one tenant even had an issue with maintenance walking in on her undressed client and another had an issue with maintenance stealing from her suite), and unprofessionalism from management. We were nothing but patient with Spark since it was a new building however it quickly became apparent that they had no intention of doing right by their tenants. The owners are extremely disrespectful and feel as though they can speak to their tenants anyway they'd like. I was cursed at and yelled at by the owner EVEN AFTER PUTTING UP WITH ALL OF THE DISASTERS for no reason other than trying to get him to keep his word (after his outburst he asked me what they could do to get me to renew my lease after I told him we were leaving). Almost EVERY tenant that signed their lease at the same time as me has broken it due to the amount of issues at Spark, yet I tried to do the right thing and complete my lease only to be tricked out of my deposit. Please do not listen to anything management says, they will fill your head with lies. The "property manager" doesn't ever seem to know what's going on and has even been overheard talking poorly about other tenants while getting serviced at Spark. I have receipts of everything written in this review. If you decide to still rent from them get EVERYTHING you talk with them about in writing because they will deceive you and good luck.
I've attempted several times, stopping by in person and going to the website, to find a hair stylist. Nobody will ever talk to me. There's nobody there to greet people. I have my number to the manager before they were open and was promised she would give my number to a stylist that would contact me. That was 6-8 months ago. I can't remember how long ago it was.

Safe, clean, beautiful property location. Love that my stylist is easy to get to off Baymeadows at I-95, and right next to Starbucks!
