A Heartfelt Thank You to Ashley I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Ashley and the care she has given my girl, Alexus. ❤️ Walking through a cancer diagnosis with a beloved pet is one of the hardest things a person can experience, and Ashley has made this journey so much easier for us. From answering questions and explaining things to helping us navigate difficult decisions, she has shown Alexus so much compassion, kindness, and dedication. Ashley has never made us feel like Alexus is just another patient. She has treated her like an individual who matters, and she has treated us with understanding and empathy through every high and low. She has been there through the good news, the scary moments, the difficult conversations, and all the uncertainty that comes with fighting cancer. What means the most to me is knowing that Ashley genuinely cares about Alexus and her quality of life. She understands that Alexus isn't just a dog to us—she is family. When you are facing decisions no pet parent ever wants to make, having someone who truly cares makes a difference that is difficult to put into words. Ashley, thank you for everything you have done for Alexus and for us. Thank you for your compassion, your patience, your honesty, and for helping us navigate this incredibly difficult journey. We will never forget the care you have given our girl. You are a blessing to the families and animals fortunate enough to have you in their corner. If you love your pet and treat them like it's your child then this isn't the place for you and if you don't this still isn't the place this place see dollars signs when you walk through that door they wanna get your baby on medications as fast as they can so you will be under their care I found out myself my baby was having a rare issue and he stayed there for 2 days kept getting sicker and sicker to finally I went and saved him they were killing him with the meds he was on and the new place he went to said he had about 24hrs or less to live if I wouldn't had picked him up so I pick him up pay the damn near 1000 dollar vet bill listen to them say I was a idiot for not letting him get treatment I told them if he's gonna DIE it's gonna be in my arms at my house not in some jail cage so soon as I left there I took him straight to UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA vet hospital where they did everything in about a hour to try and tell me what's going on blood work stool sample multiple doctors and surgeons looked at him and came up with a plan our baby had a rear disease and he need help fast or he was gonna die and even with the help he had about 50% of living the main reason he was gonna die was because of the medication they gave him at this place it was caused him to bleed inside even more so they started with a blood transfusion and a lot of medication and more test and surgery to see how bad it was the main doctor a 60yr old man from UK had only seen this issue in 1 other dog and it passed in 3 days and he called around the world talking to some of the best vets to see if they recommend anything but they all said he was doing everything good so after multiple blood transfusions and meds and a week at UF in gainesville he came home did great for almost a year then started getting sick again took him to UF more blood transfusions and more meds he comes home in 3days and the doctor told us eventually these blood transfusions won't work so like every few months he had transfusions and did great for 3.5 years till the last transfusion the doctor called in the middle of the night telling me to get here fast if I wanna see him alive he had 2 seizures and wasn't doing good so I get there fast fast spent time with him before he passed they did everything they could do and more treated us so nice had probably 20 doctors treat him or help treat him even they were shocked how long he lived he was a strong little man they helped with the cremation very professional even sent me multiple cards that all the nurses and doctors signed so all my animals go to UF in Gainesville it's only a hour away and never any traffic they can treat any and every animal in the world from dogs and cats to alligators and crocs, birds , elephants, tigers and lions, snakes anything most the animals in the south from zoo's go to uf the vet hospital is huge open 24/7 they never close so if your animal needs help go check them out not SE vet and get treated like a number paying huge amounts of money and I forgot to mention the price at UF was almost the same and he got so much treatment and stayed longer be careful who you leave your loved one with Rest easy baby Louie ❤️❤️

Excellent oncology care! Dr Neumann, Emily, and the whole team are the best in Jacksonville. We have been going to the Beach Blvd location for over 5 years for T-cell lymphoma treatment for my dog, then follow up exams. Never a bad experience and the team goes above and beyond in their care and personal touches. Nellie loves their extra belly rubs too!

Dr. Neumann and his nurses are an amazing team. When we first were referred to them I was so nervous and confused, Dr. Neumann was not only extremely educational but the way he helps you understand what’s going on and the future process to come is truly a gift he has. His attitude and bedside manner is calm and comforting while also being honest and straightforward with you. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Neumann and his team during this time in our dogs life.
