**Update** I absolutely loved Lakysha’s class today! It was so relaxing, calming and really helped me ground myself to get started with my long week ahead. It was a great start to my week and I know the woman in the class felt the same way too. I’m very excited to take another one of her classes again and seeing her kind, supportive and calm spirit. Thank you again, Lakysha!🫶🏼 I absolutely loved Amanda’s Vinyasa Flow class this evening! She was such a kind, supportive, and encouraging instructor, and I can’t wait to take another class with her. She offered great modifications, making the practice accessible for beginners while still providing a wonderful flow for everyone. My favorite part was the thoughtful ending—along with the refreshing cold compress towels, she handed each of us an affirmation card, which was such a sweet and meaningful touch. Highly recommend! My friend and I took Sam’s class this morning, and it was amazing! She was subbing and did a fantastic job. She was so welcoming and kind, and her cueing, music, and hands-on corrections were excellent. The studio is beautiful, calming, and tranquil, and the lavender and lemon cold towels at the end were the perfect finishing touch. We’ll definitely be back!
Soluna has something to offer for everyone! If you're just starting yoga or have been practicing for years. My favorite classes are the yoga therapy with Dori, the prenatal yoga and of course the mommy and me yoga. I have also had several massages and I can say they are some of the best I have received. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the space is beautiful and peaceful. I cannot speak highly enough of Soluna Yoga +Spa!!
Solana Yoga and Spa has been my go to for massages for the past year and a half. Mandy has been great in providing just what I needed. She always asks if there are any specific areas that I would like addressed and is skilled in her application. Love the hot stones too. I’m not sure if you need to request them ahead of the massage but if you are interested be sure to ask. Everyone in the establishment has been friendly and helpful. Stop in and see them. You won’t regret it.
I got a massage here with Amanda and I cannot say enough good. She truly focused on my problem areas and released so much tension in a short amount of time. Amanda was knowledgeable, checked in throughout the process, and didn’t move from an area until she felt improvement. I will absolutely be back again for both the spa services and yoga.
One of the places in Jacksonville…I truly feel at home. Welcoming atmosphere and calming presence. They offer a plethora of services. I highly recommend this studio/spa. If you haven’t tried Soluna Yoga + Spa….what are you waiting for.
