I had a great experience.
I stopped by Solstice today and it exceeded what I expected. The studio is clean and bright, the lighting makes it a pleasant place to be, and the equipment is new and well laid out. Training is private or semi-private, so you get real attention instead of being one of thirty people in a class. Jenny is a strong coach. Prices are reasonable for this level of instruction on Amelia Island. Worth a look if you are tired of big box gyms.
