Solid Base Performance Center

I wish I could continue training here but unfortunately life happens and we have to change. If you want to train as a hobby or compete this is the gym you want to be at. The coaches are top tier, the mats are clean, and the culture is welcoming to all who come to train. The value heavily outweighs the price of the membership. I’ll miss this gym and I’ll try my hardest to drop in when I can.

I was going to teach tai chi here but, even though the facilities are ideal, it is not an environment where one can cultivate the mindfulness necessary for tai chi or in my opinion- martial arts of any kind.

Amazing BJJ academy. Owner and all instructors (professors) really care about the students and are focused on helping you through your Jiu-Jitsu journey. Schedule is hard to beat, as well. You have so many options to drop in and train. If you are a morning person, great! There is VERY early class full of morning folks who are like family. If the afternoons and evenings are for you, awesome! There's options there, too. Including everything in between. Several professors do pop ins at lunchtime throughout the week, as well, so there is almost always an opportunity to roll/train. My kids don't train, but I've sat through the back half of kid's classes as I waited for evening adult classes to start and the team is AWESOME with the kids. We have several at the gym that compete, as well. Very welcoming environment, great instructors, and not there to upsell you. Honestly, best BJJ academy in NE FL.
