Awesome experience! It was my first time, and the instructor was incredibly friendly, patient, and encouraging with both me and our group. The introduction was clear, the atmosphere was clean and refreshing, and most importantly, it honored God. I can’t wait to come back! 💕
I had the BEST time! Elizabeth was absolutely fantastic! She really tailors the class to the people in it, making the experience fun, personal, and memorable. If you’re planning a bachelorette party and want an amazing experience, book a private class!! You won’t regret it! 💖🥂
I’ve been attending Elizabeth’s bungee classes for over two years and I can honestly say I’ve never felt healthier or more supported. Elizabeth is an exceptional instructor who loves her craft and cares about every single person in her class, not just their fitness, but their overall well-being. She creates an environment that is fun, safe, encouraging and tailored to all levels. Her energy is contagious, her guidance is thoughtful and her commitment to her members shows in every session. I’m so happy I found Soaring Bungee when I did. Thank you Elizabeth!
I have been coming to bungee classes for more than 2 years. Not only is it a great workout, Elizabeth, the owner and instructor is terrific. She is very knowledgeable and is always looking out to make sure we get a good workout while making sure we do it safely and at our own pace. I can honestly say, I am in better shape than I have been in years. I highly recommend bungee fitness.
I visit St Augustine because it’s where my BFF lives. When I can I come with her for a bungee class. It’s so much fun, I am grinning the entire class…and they call it exercise 😆
