Shun is truly the best hairstylist I have ever had. She consistently gets my hair exactly right every single time, and her attention to detail is unmatched. From the moment I sit in her chair, she makes me feel pampered, relaxed, and confident that I’m in great hands. Shun listens carefully to what I want and delivers results that exceed my expectations. Her professionalism, skill, and warm personality make every appointment an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. If you’re looking for someone who combines talent, care, and exceptional service, Shun is the one.
Had my kids haircut here because of ms Laura. Met her outside the salon and she made me feel comfortable enough to get my son's first haircut here. She did a beautiful job and was extremely patient with my son who was a tough client as a usual 3 year old is.
I am 63 year old female, this was the best experience I have ever had at a salon. Shun was so nice and professional, she made me feel so loved, welcomed and special. This was my first visit at this salon and I must say as long as I am living in Jacksonville, Shun is going to be my hair stylist from now on. Thank you Shun straight from my heart. I love my new hair style!!!!
I enjoyed my first day at Smart Style. My Styles Shun is very sweet and she really cares about her clients and their hair. Thank u girl I really appreciate you ❤️
Shon, my stylist, was professional, informative and a good communicator. She took time to answer all of my questions, told me what hair concerns she noted and educated me on what I need to do to help resolve those hair concerns. She was also friendly and personable.
