Sliders Seaside Grill

Parking was scarce unless you wanted to pay. But, the meal was fabulous! I went with a party of three. We were seated very quickly at a booth on a covered patio. Great location however, the bench seats were too high off of the ground and it was extremely awkward to slide in and move to the wall. There was nice music playing in the background. Our drinks came quickly and so did our food. Two of us ordered the shrimp boil. We both agreed that it was very delicious and a huge portion. Strange thing, it comes with boiled peanut on the bottom of our plate (yuck!) And they would not allow it to be left off. Unfortunately, our waitress was not that good. She was forgetful and not very attentive.

My boyfriend and I went here to enjoy oysters which we love, but were extremely disappointed. The oysters were not served on ice, which we are used to. The local oysters shells were not cleaned, and were filthy quite filthy, while the boutique oysters were immaculately cleaned prior to serving (due to being shipped in). There was dirt, sludge and even a live worm on the exterior of the local oysters. My boyfriend's fingers were covered in dirt, which made it weird to try to eat fries afterwards? We were visiting Florida, so maybe this is normal oyster service, but I was honestly grossed out. The local oysters had lots of grit as well. Flavor was fine, we found a lot of the juice was poured out which was disappointing. No Mignonette served with oysters. I did mention the dirt/grime to the server, who grabbed the manager, who offered to bring out a new tray of local oysters... Which were served the exact same way. I found it surprising that after being grossed out at how dirty the oysters were, they still weren't cleaned the second time around..... The fries were delicious, I will say. The mojito was genuinely awful, the worst we have had. I hate to write a bad review, but we spent 89 dollars here which was far NOT worth it, at all. We were extremely disappointed and I felt so bad for my boyfriend to have experienced this when he LOVES oysters. My experience here still makes me upset honestly, mostly about all that money spent on disappointment :(

Moved to the area October last year. Thought this was going to be our new spot. Everything was great but the last 3 to 4 months it's really went down hill. Ordered the same thing i always do 2 orders of fries and pickles. Usually the fries come in a big container each. I got 2 small containers not many fries in them at all. Ordered my daughter chicken tenders they were burnt. Again this has also gotten worse over time. The fried pickles i ordered were totally fine.

If you like seafood, live music and the beach this place is for you. We had fish tacos and fish BLT. Food was good, music was great. The total for two meals four drinks and tip was $100. Note that the bill will read an automatic tip for large parties. Skip the drinks it’s average pricing, $15-25 per plate. Parking can be an issue at times. Free public parking lot across the street.
