Dear Kim and your assistant, this is to you and for your excellent service! I called around noon on a Saturday, after calling several salons to check for availability to have my wife’s haircut and blow dried. Every other place I called either didn’t answer or went straight to voicemail, little did I know that was going to be a blessing in disguise because a woman answered at signature salon and was absolutely kind. She was soft spoken, sweet and willing to book my wife for a haircut, and I will say this, my wife is very vocal about any and all experiences she has day to day, and my wife was absolutely pleased with her experience, they did an amazing job, everything from the hair wash, to the cut and blow dry. My wife was treated with compassion, she left feeling like a movie star, enjoyed her hair wash, was telling me how wonderful it felt and how comfortable she was the entire time. After hearing about the wonderful experience, I wanted to be sure to come to the reviews section and share what was shared to me by my wife and I thank you sincerely for being so kind and giving my wife a wonderful experience at your salon. You are appreciated and hopefully those of you who are going through the reviews, give this salon your business, because they absolutely have earned ours and our trust.
My fiance and I both came in for a cut and style only to leave with just the cut and paid full price. What we were supposed to get was a men’s hair cut with scalp massage and style. My fiancé did not receive the shampoo experience and also was not styled after his cut. I went in for a cut and blowout and did not receive the blowout. Only the cut. I said I wanted to trim it and keep my V shape. It is now straight across and choppy. 105$ plus tip for something we did not want. I’m very frustrated with this experience.
I didn't go to this hair salon for the last 4 yrs and decided to go for a hair cut. I have been customer for long time. And Cindy was always doing my hair When I called they said she is busy and I read good reviews about Kim I decided to go with her. I wish I didnt . I had long hair wanted short c it and I provided photo of the cut I wanted. Didn't get what I came for. Kim was busy talking to other customers about her personal life and didn't even care to learn my name which is written in the appointment book. She was also defensive about her skills when I told her that is not the cut I wanted. She might know how to do certain hair cuts but for this one she failed. This salon was the best find for me in many years. Kim colored my hair, cut it into a pixie cut exactly like I wanted it and styled it sooo cute! All the staff were friendly and helpful. As an additional benefit, there are 2 nail ladies who have their own little salon within the hair salon. Paige gave me a pedicure & manicure and my nails look wonderful! I booked return hair & nail appointments. Totally great experience!
Kim has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now and she always does a fabulous job. She has been doing hair for decades. Her prices are very reasonable and she is simply a wonderful human. Also, Marie will give you the best shampoo of your life! I highly recommend this salon.
