Update: Not sure why my order got lost in the cracks but after leaving this review their pharmacy team and customer service teams reached out and resolved the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This company is a complete joke AND they steal your money. I paid $400 for medication for my pet. It was never shipped. I called their office multiple times since last October and I was always assured I would receive it at my appointment. Unfortunately I had to cancel appointments and each time I called to reschedule they said it would be fine and I could get the medication when I was able to attend the event. I ended up buying elsewhere in the meantime. Then I go to the event finally in June of this year and low an behold they don't even have my medication. They assured me it would be shippped immediatley. It is now September, I still don't have it. When I called customer service they try to give me more excuses. Then when I said I don't care why, just give me a refund or ship my medication she hung up on me, twice.
