I want to start off by saying my experience at this location was amazing. Kyla was such an angel. She made opening an account so easy she was just the sweetest and she made my day. I just wanted to come on here and give Kyla her flowers because she was the best. Please give that young lady a raise.

I have been banking here for a while and didn’t want to leave a review until I got a good feel for the staff and credit union as a whole. Kyla is superb! She is always willing to help me with her amazing customer service skills and her gentle smile. You won’t regret banking here I promise!

Went in for help with my co-op bank. Notoriously slow process. This time however it was fast with instructions printed out for me and the lovely lady behind the counter was awesome! I'm sad I didn't get her name. It was great service!

I worked with Lee Webb at the Kendall Town location in Jacksonville, and the experience was fantastic!
