This is my go-to pilates studio. All the instructors are very nice and knowledgeable offering modifications for injury or pregnancy and an overall great experience every time. They offer reformer and mat pilates classes with small group sizes. The Sculpt Studio Jax also sells cute merch and hosts events from time to time. Definitely worth trying out if you're ever in the area.
Absolutely loved it! I love the fact that there’s real sculpting exercises included, can’t find that everywhere. Lucy was such a great instructor & she challenged us in the best way!! They also sell really cute and comfortable grip socks in the front which is so convenient 🤭 Found my new pilates home.
This studio is so cute. I love that it’s a small class that can focus on form and not overwhelming. The instructors and owner are so lovely, kind and it a very empowering studio. I love coming to class here!
Love this studio! I have tried many different ones and this is by far my favorite. So welcoming and also offers beginner friendly classes!
This was my first pilates class and I had such a great time! The location is great and priced competitively! The interior is so cute and love the class sizes. Thank you to the instructor, Jennifer for a great class. 💗
