After a terrible battle with Cancer, I was sent to Donné for some physical therapy . I was in a very weak state. She and her staff Natalie and Kat) gradually got me back in shape. I feel stronger than ever at 72. They have done so much for me physically and mentally . I look forward to going to Pilates . I love these girls and really recommend them for Scoliosis or Pilates.
Highly recommend this place. The instructors are very knowledgeable, fun and keep the training engaging and challenging. They focus on safety and will modify any exercise for your limitations. I very much enjoyed my sessions. Kelly and Donne are enthusiastic and dedicated and always have smiles on their face.
Highly recommend Scoliosis PT. Donne is so knowledgeable!
I am excited to have found another workout/exercise option to support my scoliosis. I find great benefit in having a PT help me do custom exercises and a Pilates reformer workout that is designed to help improve my scoliosis through specific modifications tailored to my needs. Jessica is fabulous, and I highly recommend working with her.
Caring, knowledgeable and experienced trainers who truly care!
