Since joining in 2024, I've discovered a gym that's more than just a workout space - it's a catalyst for growth, where every member supports and motivates each other like family. Love my gym, we are one community. It’s my 2nd home ❤️
I’ve been a member since they opened. I cannot tell you the drastic change in my body composition, and my cardiovascular health has improved so much in 4 months. The workouts are fantastic, ever changing so i never get bored. But the comradely and friends I’ve made at this gym are just as important to me. The trainers, owners and members are all supportive and wanting you to reach your goals, and celebrating YOU when you achieve them. Such a great atmosphere to be in. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
I have been an avid gym goer for 20 years, I have never loved one more than BFT Ponte Vedra. The things that make me want to stay and commit to a gym are the workouts, the community, the convenience and variety! BFT has all of it!! The owners are so sweet, friendly and work out in class with you. They are approachable to ideas and always interested in helping other small business owners. The staff is so upbeat and friendly!! The trainers are knowledgeable , high energy and have great attitudes! The workouts are always changing and keeping me challenged! The members have been the best part of the whole package!! I have met some really incredible people since I joined in September. Come for the workouts and stay for the friends!!
This gym is fantastic! I love the mix of workouts (cardio, strength training, hyrox, etc.) The staff is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work out.
I’ve been a member at BFT Ponte Vedra for almost 2 years now, not only because I love the workouts but also because of the culture Matt and Amanda and the trainers have worked so hard to create. If you’re looking for a great place to workout with a strong sense of community, this is the spot!
