Bought 2 Fjord recliners from Scan Design and after the recline motor stopped working and was past the warranty Greg, the manager worked with me and was able to get the factory to supply a new motor at no cost. Excellent customer service! Will buy from them the next time I purchase furniture. Excellent quality furniture at a fair price.
Great customer service. Staff worked with us to move pieces around to help us with the decision. Once we made it, purchase was smooth and delivery was arranged according to our needs. Delivery crew showed up on time and were very professional on set-up. This is my third purchase from Scan Design in last 3 years and I expect to come back.
I have been a customer of scan design since the mid-seventies and have purchased many items for my homes. Recently Krista, Victor and Gregg have assisted me in selecting furniture for a project completed in Canada and I couldn't be more please in the quality, selection, price and value I had to choose from. Your workmanship is of the finest order and will give us a lifetime of enjoyment. Thanks Again.
Shout out to Scan Design. Our family loves our new couch, TV console, and coffee table. These unique pieces blend together so well and of solid quality, which is hard to find these days.
Great customer service not over you the whole time you are looking. I bought my sectional couch from here and the quality is amazing.
