As a first time home buyer their team was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to put me at ease. I recommend anyone looking for a mortgage to reach out to Glenn and his team at Sawgrass mortgage.

Horrifyingly terrible company. If you are a seller DO NOT enter into a contract with a buyer that is working with this mortgage company. Our experience has been a nightmare. Every step of the way this unprofessional, incompetent company has made the selling process stretch on and on and on and on and on. We have had to grant extension after extension after extension. First it was because there was some new item that the underwriters needed from the buyers that didn't exist before. Then there was some thing that the buyers had to fulfill to closing that this company KNEW ABOUT WELL AHEAD OF TIME that held up closing. When that was done there was SOMETHING NEW. And then SOMETHING NEW. And then SOMETHING NEW. They are either utterly incompetent or pulling some kind of fraud. Don't know what. But, again, if you have a buyer that is using them, don't accept the contract. If you are a buyer, don't use them, you'll regret it.

I rented an apartment from the company's owner. If he runs Sawgrass Mortgage like he runs his apartment, I would stay away.
