Got some Cuntry Boyz Rub seasoning from this store and all I can say is WOW. I use this stuff on everything… Go git yu sum. The manager was so helpful. His name started with an L I think. If anyone sees the tall lanky guy, whose name starts with an L, get him to guide you around the store. Very knowledgeable boy.
I visited this location yesterday August 14th and was incredibly disappointed. The moment I walked into the store, a horrific smell smacked me right in the face. It was so bad I was unable to continue my shopping. The leadership at this store is completely failing. Management needs to step up, clean out the meat coolers,, and wipe the store down. Sav A Lot has golden opportunity in Macclenny, but until they fix this sanitation issue, I will be driving elsewhere to shop. The only positive note is that the cashiers are friendly, but the store is unacceptable.
The cashier's are always exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. I love shopping here.
Cheap prices you can afford. Always clean and fully stocked. Must bring your own bags because they recently stopped with carrying bags.
I recently revisited Save-A-Lot. Everybody was friendly, the shelves were neatly stocked, fruits and vegetables looked crisp and fresh. No dirty floors and no dusty shelves. I wasn't able to look at the restrooms so in all fairness, no comment. Finally, in the meat department everything looked and smelled fresh (unlike the meat department at Winn-Dixie)
