I've had mixed experiences at this feed store. The warehouse guys are consistently great-helpful, friendly, and willing to go out of their way to load feed and answer questions. They're honestly the main reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, the experience inside the store is often the opposite. The older lady and the young man behind the counter tend to come across as unfriendly and unhelpful, which makes checkout and simple questions feel uncomfortable or inconvenient. Customer service inside could really use some improvement. If management invested in better customer service training for the counter staff, this place would be excellent all around, because the warehouse team truly sets a high standard.
Older lady that had a hat on today was so rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to her definitely need to hire more friendly staff. Will be going to true value from here on out. Do better
The BUCK BOOSTER NUGGETS are a crowd pleaser. We 100% recommend. Mike your secret is out, i just had to share!!! Thank you for your time today sir.
Always a good experience. Prices naturally are a little higher than big box stores but they've always had what i needed the more you buy the more they tend to take care of you. Great all around feed store.
Really friendly and good prices! They are our go to place for animal feed.
