I am a single woman who went into this store alone. I see In reviews others are using the “I am a woman” excuse to explain why they were treated poorly, That’s just simply not true. I had a fantastic experience with Kamel and Prince! I came into the store on the market but hesitant to make a purchase, I was looking for the best deal. I was looking at a 3 person sectional that was part of a set when kamel Approached me. When he told me the sectional was a part of a set I told him I didn’t need a whole set. I just needed the three person style couch I was looking at. He brought me over to THE PERFECT Couch for my Space. He brought a test battery to show me IN STORE That the couch was fully functional He also gave me a great deal on the couch, delivery AND Disposal of my old couch. The transaction was smooth and simple! He told me about their financing options, but I decided to buy the couch outright Delivery was a breeze! We set The delivery day at purchase and on that morning, I called to schedule a delivery window. The movers came well within that window and all I had to do was point They took my old couch, brought up the new one, installed it and tested it to make sure it was still fully functional upon delivery The whole thing took less than 20 minutes. Prince followed up the next day to receive my feedback on The delivery. He was very personable and provided wonderful customer service! I’m so glad I didn’t judge this store by its exterior or reviews because I would’ve missed out on a Good deal, friendly service, and the perfect couch.

Bought my first sectional from Sarah. Mr. Prince helped me find what I was looking for, he was very patient with me, and very professional. I got a very nice sectional for a very deep discount. I really appreciate all of his help. The sectional was delivered the very next day, which happened to be a Sunday. The guys that delivered it we're very motivated to make sure that everything was right before they left. Thank you Mr. Prince!!!

Delivery went so smoothly, I cannot offer a better place to get affordable furniture in such great condition!! Everyone inside the store is super friendly and willing to work with you on prices and delivery dates! I’d like to shout out my delivery guys, they were willing to go above and beyond. Super happy customer :)

I had the BEST experience here! I was in desperate need of a couch, and my emotions showed as I frantically drove around store to store with my little in tote trying to find something for my large family.. and to fit my budget. Most stores I was to overwhelmed by trying to keep my little from wanting to try every sofa, wanting to respect not only the store but teach her manors.. walking into Sarah’s let not only included my daughter in the sale, but they encouraged to try the sofas and find what she thought was most comfortable- they even followed with giving her candy! They didn’t take advantage of a stressed out single mom trying to navigate life- they encouraged, showed patience and grace and helped me find the exact sofa I was searching for! Eddie- THANK YOU! Furthermore, I did visit some of the other liquidation stores on the same strip.. the prices at Sarah’s beat every single other store by hundreds of dollars! Their kindness, quality and environment is absolutely top notch! Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!
