Anthony is an amazing trainer. Awesome gym with fantastic equipment and a great vibe. Great focus on improvement and results.
Been training here for a year. The trainers are amazing and not only have a lost weight but I'm stronger, have more endurance, and no pain. Whatever your fitness goals Anthony and Chris will make sure you achieve them.
I met Anthony about 10 years ago taking some of his classes and loved them! Well I fell off the wagon for a little bit and tried doing my own thing and clearly that didn't work. So I decided to reach out to him because I knew that he would get me back on track and headed in the right direction!!! I love the group of people in the gym, all of them are very friendly and motivating. Anthony is a great trainer, he's caring but challenging and wants me to get the most out of my time at the gym!!!! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get motivated and feel great about yourself!!!!!! Try it out, all you have is weight to lose lol :)
I have been working out with Chris Deroo for over ten years. He always keeps it fresh and challenging. I appreciate all the things I am still able to do in my 60’s and attribute that to having a great trainer!
