If I could give zero stars I would. Let me start by first saying that I've been a client of Mrs. Angelica King-Iszard at this salon for years. Repeatedly during the course of our professional relationship, she has behaved in a less than professional manner. She is frequently late, uncouth and easily distracted. She also double books clients. One time I had to sweep my own hair off the floor! Through all of this I have been tolerant, polite and compliant because I could not find anyone else to do my hair in the way I prefer. No more. When I finally dared to take issue with her behavior, she confronted me as if I, a paying customer, were the issue. She seemed to resent me for not paying more money, even though I am not responsible for her prices. I would rather have Petsmart's groomers service me than ever have her in my head again! Avoid avoid avoid!!!
I did a wax for the first time. Service was great. Made me feel like family. I came out smooth as silk.. Thanks so much !!
Johnnie Mae, suggested an updo for a Gaa I was going to attend to bring elegance to my gown. I love the updo. Thank you Johnnie Mae!
New to J’Ville and a co-worker recommended Kiera for my grandson. I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere of this salon. I felt so welcomed. All stylists are professional and I had to give a nod to each lady walking out the door! Love it and you will too!!!
I had an amazing experience with Mae! She’s so thorough , efficient, and sweet. I came into town for a mini vacation and she definitely got me right with a silk press on my 4C hair ! As well as the salon environment is amazing, it gives old time salon with laughter ,music ,and chatter. I 100% recommend Mae, and I 100% recommend this salon🩷 thank you :)
