i love shopping at sally beauty & staff’s usually always kind & willing to help when i shop. stopped in real quick to grab a few things i needed before headed back to work, an in & out trip. the store manager was the one to check me out, she was rude and gave me a mocking attitude. scanning my items, she’d ask the standard questions, i replied mostly with no thank you/ thank you. each time i said thank you she relied “you’re welcome” in a mocking tone. do not know if she was just having a bad day but there is no reason to take it out on your customers.

this location has the nicest, most helpful staff and the cleanest store by far. every time i come in it’s always such a pleasant experience. i love how its always organized and neat and the workers always help me find exactly what i’m looking for!!

The very sweet goth girl was so helpful and nice! She told me about their bogo deal on kiss lashes and nails and I decided to give fake lashes a try, I honestly had no idea what I was doing and she hooked me up! I get social anxiety and she really made it such a nice experience and we had a super nice conversation!! Id give more stars for her alone if I could but the manager there is also so sweet everytime I've came in!

Just purchased a brand new trimmer that turned out to be missing all the pieces and was USED. A body trimmer with some other persons hair from who knows where, caught in the blades.... are you kidding me? Aside from a refund, I will never be returning here. UPDATE: just went in to return the previously used shavers and was very rudely told they weren’t going to return it. The manager had to “explain” to me that normally you open every package before you leave the store. So heads up everyone, make sure you open everything that’s is ever sold to you that’s sold as a NEW product. Lost our business for life.
