Sadhana Eyebrow Threading

We always visit for nahla or safa because they are the best. We used to always be happy. I think all the good reviews are for nahla or safa because when we came the last time we saw someone new who did a very bad job. The owner was also super pushy with us and kept saying we need to do other services. She said her name is sandy. If you see her walk out and save your money. She will try to up charge you, very unprofessional. We will never come back here. You will lose all customers if you continue to do a bad job and charge your customers more than their budget. I am extremely upset. My eyebrows look the worst they have ever been. When I first walked in I was told to sit down by a lady who was very loud with me then it was super painful when I looked in the mirror I was bleeding. I didn't say anything but I will never come back to this place. There was a lady who worked here before and she was very good I forgot her name. But the new people are very unexperienced. I'm still trying to heal the cuts, and filling in my now uneven brows.

Gosh I hate to leave a bad review but what a bad experience I had! Two days ago, I had my eyebrows threaded here (I go to Sushila’s usually every 2-3 weeks so I’m no stranger to threading). It hurt an unusual amount, and when she handed me the mirror to look, I asked her if one eyebrow was thicker than the other and she told me no. I got in the car and first thing my friend said (without prompting) was one side was thicker. I also noticed I was bleeding! Now two days later I still have pain and even have 4 cuts!!! Like this is not normal. Ps: she was wearing gloves with the prior person and after she wiped her nose with a tissue so I asked her to please change gloves and she did pull them off and sanitize but didn’t put new ones on. Idk. Whole thing was bizarre and aside from the fact I had to go home and trim and pluck, I’m literally scabbed days later.
