Jessica did exactly what I asked for and was very fast. everyone is super nice. I'll definitely come here again! I came back for a full set and Tan did my nails. I asked for galaxy nails and they came out PERFECTLY!! super happy
My first experience here with one of the male techs was absolutely great, quick service, listened to my wants and gave me exactly that. My second visit was a completely different experience. I asked for a specific color by brand and color name. The tech was condescending and told me it didn’t exist in that brand, after insisting it did and that they had it she finally found it. I came in only for a fill to my acrylic set, after filling and filing i realized she had changed my nail shape, after agreeing on “very square” she still tapered my nails into a shape i did not ask for. After i was noticeably unhappy she offered to reapply acrylic to fix the mistake. Which i was happy she offered until she was very rough, applied monomer all over my hands and continued to huff and sigh while fixing her mistake, and insisted the change in my nail shape was somehow my fault due to the shape and of my natural nails. At this point I was extremely uncomfortable, and was honestly ready to go but sat quietly to let her finish. She rushed thru the rest of my service, never asking me to wash my hands until after they had been painted. And told me if i didn’t like the nails i could come back another day and get them fixed.. after my service she charged me the same amount for a fill as i was previously charged for a full set with the same exact art.. I left with my “finished” fill with dried product all over my nail beds and a hair embedded in the top coat that was not even my own..
Shannon is the simply awesome! Her expertise and pleasant nature shines through always. This professionalism is a plus all the way around. The team is great also.
Best service I’ve had. Great conversation. Soda and water offered. The BEST massage during a pedicure I’ve ever had! I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet and legs and can actually tolerate and enjoy the pressure and massage. ☺️ They are so quick with actual nails that they get to take time with everything else that makes it a relaxing experience. First name basis by my second visit by everyone in the salon. They are funny, too. Probably won’t go to anyone else unless I have to move and even then.. might make the trip anyway. 💙 They have great sparkly colors to choose from and other colors overall!
This is the 1st salon I have gone to consistently in the 10yrs I have been in Jax. I have been going here for 2yrs now and I love it. I feel so welcomed and always relaxed when getting my nails done. Bella is amazing she never misses!
