I came to Henry in full panic mode after breaking my nail so badly that it was wrapped in gauze and bleeding. I genuinely thought there was no way it could be saved and was preparing myself for the worst. Not only did Henry save the nail, but he gave me one of the prettiest sets I’ve ever had. The shape is flawless, the color is elegant, and everything looks so natural and polished. Looking at my nails now, you would never guess I walked in with a nail injury. What sets Henry apart is not just his talent, but the care and attention he gives to his clients. He was patient, gentle, and incredibly meticulous throughout the entire process. He turned what felt like a nail disaster into a beautiful set that I can’t stop looking at. If you’re looking for a nail technician who is skilled, professional, and truly gifted at what he does, book with Henry. He took me from a bleeding, gauze-wrapped nail emergency to leaving with nails that look absolutely stunning. 10/10 experience. Henry has earned a client for life!

Had a lovely experience at Roxy Nail Salon. Paid 150 USD for the Jax Pedicure and Manicure, for eyebrow wax and foot wax. The salon was super flexible with my appointment, due to last minute issues I had to change the appointment three times but they were super accommodating each time. So a little expensive but the service was absolutely luxurious and I couldn’t be happier with the results. As a note, at my usual nail salon, my gel nails last about two weeks without chipping. By the end of the first week, one of my nails had completely peeled off and another was chipped. While this certainly isn’t unusual for a manicure, I was hoping they would last a little bit longer. Because of this, and the outrageous price, I am lowering my review to 2 stars.

I moved from West Virginia to Jacksonville and Henry has been top tier! He’s so easy and fun to talk to. I just sit in his chair, pick a color and he just does his thing! Flawless and beautifully unique, every single time.

First of all, this place is so gorgeous, clean, professional, and very welcoming. They offer you beverages and make you so comfortable! But Henry is the star of the show! He really did such an amazing job! He made sure to get exactly what I wanted, and paid so much attention to details. I now will always have Henry do my nails!
