Kira gave me a great cut today. It was her first time cutting my hair and I hadn't gotten a cut in about 4 months, but she listened really well and did exactly what I asked. She was super nice and professional. Will definitely come back.

Nancy has been cutting my hair for awhile and always does an amazing job. She’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and pays attention to the little details every time. Always a great experience - highly recommend Nancy if you’re looking for someone consistent, friendly, and talented.

After the initial shock (and after talking with my regular barber about it) I can confidently say: The worker I was set up with had no idea what she was doing. I wish I was exaggerating, but I literally left this place with multiple cuts in the neck (and even one in the traps as the worker accidentally nipped there with the trimmer when moving around) Worst part of it was that another worker there walked past this butchery and said “you are doing a great job Julie!” which I get that he was trying to comfort her because she was clearly nervous, but like, that showed a complete disregard for the guy (me) being butchered. It’s not like I was getting the cut for free or at a discounted price either, so if that was something seen as acceptable, then that just means that’s the average quality of the haircuts offered at this place. In all seriousness, I am so sorry but what is wrong with you all?
