Rooms To Go Outlet

It was a great experience shopping here! We bought a very large sectional, and a smaller sectional with an ottoman. Both very stylish and VERY comfortable. Mousa was an absolute DELIGHT to work with!! He gave us a great deal, and was overall very kind and professional. I would definitely ask for him when you stop in!

Mike, my sales associate at Rooms To Go Outlet, was absolutely amazing! He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. His excellent customer service made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Mike, for going above and beyond! Highly recommend asking for him if you visit the store.

Deborah greeted me at the door and let me browse around. I found a couple of couches that I liked, and she was there to answer all my questions. I finally landed on a two piece sectional and she explained the benefits to me and helped me arrange delivery. Fantastic experience, and I will be furnishing the rest of my apartment from Deborah and RTG. Deborah has done it again! Great barstools and thanks to 100 days SAC, I got the mattress that I desperately needed.

I had an outstanding experience at Rooms To Go thanks to the exceptional service I received from Mike. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. He took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. Even through the final stages of the sale, Mike continued to offer support and reassurance, ensuring everything went smoothly. Mike’s friendly attitude, excellent customer service, and dedication to helping customers made this one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. Rooms To Go is fortunate to have someone like Mike on their team. I highly recommend asking for Mike if you’re looking for a stress-free and enjoyable furniture-buying experience!
