Was able to work with Spencer. Very knowledgeable, very patient as I was indecisive but made me super comfortable with my purchase. Gave great design ideas of how to utilize my space with the unit that I bought. Compassionate and genuinely interested in my vision for my living room. 5 stars earned indeed.

Andrew at the St John’s Town center allowed us time to look around by ourselves and did not follow us around the store. No pressure, we found him when we were ready to purchase our king bedroom set. The original set we had found online was not available in the region. Andrew advised us that we could order that set if we wanted to, but we would have to call a different region. We were not able to view the set at the store so we did not feel comfortable ordering without being to check out the set and the quality. We found a couple other sets we were interested in one was about the same price as the set we originally wanted and the other was a good bit more. After thoroughly checking out both sets we decided that the more expensive set was much better quality and had some extra benefits we didn’t even know were available for the set. Once the decision was made it was a very quick process to order. Andrew was very professional and we would definitely contact him when we were ready for any additional purchases. UPDATE- The company commented on my review to save face. I contacted them as they asked and not only did they not listen to anything I said, but they were rude and basically told me it was my fault. They are taking zero accountability for their product damaging my new 10k pavers. They didn't even offer to replace the table that has cracked in several places after a few weeks. Do yourself a favor and avoid. They are a SCAM!!! I have had nothing but good experience with Ashley's or even Haverty's and would recommend them over this unethical company. ------------------------------------------- I purchased a table and chair set one month ago at the rooms to go location in Jacksonville,FL. I advised I needed a table and chair set that is ALL WEATHER and I stressed several times that the table was going to be outside uncovered. The sales rep, Bill, guaranteed the set was “all weather” and promised it would be “perfectly fine in the elements”. The first time it rained, the wood stained our brand new pavers. We tried everything to clean it. We even had the pavers power washed but sadly, nothing helped. I thought perhaps after the initial run off that the wood would be set and would not leak anymore. I also thought maybe overtime the stain would rub off. I was wrong. The stains continue to get worse and worse. In addition, two weeks after purchasing the table, the table had splintered in several places. I assume from either the heat or the rain. The sales rep was well aware that the table was going to be placed outside with no cover. To say I am angry is an understatement. I emailed customer care and received no response at first. After following up with them, I was basically told “sorry, there’s nothing we can do. We suggest you call a repair company”…. Pretty shocking to say the least. R2G is not a good company, and they know it. I will never shop there again.
