The service is truly spectacular. There are many purchasing options, and immediate shipping is available and convenient. I loved Carolina's warmth and the service she provided. I will definitely shop here again and highly recommend them.
Such a great experience and the quality of the couches are the same as big box stores at a fraction of the price... we were given the wrong cords at 1st... called and spoke to manager and was advised to just go to the store and grab the correct ones..which we did and they function and fit perfect. Carolina was great to deal with...the young man that helped me load was great and very knowledgeable as well in order to make them fit in the trailer. The manager is very receptive and understanding and helped the situation go smoothly... Will definitely recommend them to others. Thank you all. JP
Carolina was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the price. I would highly recommend these good people for anyone looking for some quality furniture at a great price!
I bought a Living room set from Rooms R US through Facebook marketplace. Caroline answered all my questions and was very helpful and honest about the set that I wanted, which we had to wait for one piece to come to complete it. Caroline stayed in constant communication even in her days off, and updated me of the status of my living room set. I went to the store and picked up my living room set and was clean and excellent condition as she described. The young guy working at the store was attentive, polite and helpful. I am happy with their service and plan to comeback. Highly recommend!
