Updating my review because the manager did later give me a $10 GC to try to resolve the situation, and asked me to correct my review. Initially — They sent out a promotion via text & after I was serviced when I tried to use it, showed them the text they sent out, two different techs confirmed that I could use the $150 GC but the bonus amounts ($20/$10) would be able to be used later. They gave me the $30 GC & then came back with all these stipulations for why the $150 I was already spending couldn’t be applied to the $150 gift cards, and I had to return the $30 .. then the manager let me know that NO gift cards can be used same time of service .. that’s nowhere on the certificate/website. But the manager did come sit down and talk to me and offer some kind of resolution, so that’s a win for customer service.

First time customer! Had a wonderful pedicure and the chair is amazing. Decided to do a design for the 4th and Kathy did and amazing job. I will be a permanent customer! Thank you!!

Highly disappointed in the results of my nails, but Linda was nice and friendly. My toes are the bomb. My nails are a wreck.

My boyfriend and I stopped in for pedicures. The staff was very friendly. It seemed slower today and we were immediately seated, but the place offers lots of seating to accommodate high trafficked times. We were both pleased with the services we were provided as well as the cleanliness of the entire space.
