One of my reptiles needed some veterinary care for an ongoing issue - I was fortunately able to get an appointment on the same day. The care the entire team showed to my beloved pet was excellent and appreciated. The veterinary doctor was very knowledgeable and had a complete and easy to understand answer for each of my million questions. The team was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. All in all it was a much better standard of care than I've seen for myself or any of my homo sapiens loved ones in any human clinic, and the bill was surprisingly low. I hesitate to describe it as perfect out of principle but it's surely not far off.
Very happy with the care we received from Dr. Rossi and his staff. I’ve been a reptile keeper for 17 years but new to geckos since taking in a random rescue and he taught me things I had no clue of about the geckos so I am very appreciative of the knowledge he gave me. Very thankful for help my Big Momma got from Dr. Rossi and hopefully in time will be on the road to recovery with her. Will definitely be bringing in all my other animals from here on out since moving back to Florida. Huge thank you to Dr. Rossi and staff from the bottom of my heart! My scaly babies are my lifeline and I couldn’t show enough gratitude for their kindness and care.
My baby hedgehog loved the staff (as much as any hedgehog can love people they've recently met). They were all so sweet and happy to see her and treated her like royalty (which she absolutely is). We've been there twice now and both times she was taken care of with compassion. They were able to clip her nails in 20 minutes and she didn't seem majorly upset, just grumpy at being awake and having her paws touched Note to anyone who's anxious to leave their pets for a bit: Hedgehogs are goofy and unpredictable so they sedate them just in case, and because of liability and stuff, guests aren't allowed into the surgery areas. But my baby girl had no problems and even seemed a little relaxed so you don't have to worry
Was able to get my pet chinchilla seen the same day that I called. Dr. Rossi was very professional along with his staff as well. Everyone was very friendly & compassionate during our visit. Very thorough with the results. Thank you Riverside Animal Hospital!
Dr. Rossi and staff are caring, compassionate, and kind professionals. I moved away from town and still drive all the way from Tampa for vet visits because the office is so great. Thanks!!
