DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY only had them on for 4 days 😒 did not even top coat nails. "Supervisor" was rude and unprofessional
The guy tore up the skin around SIX of my toes just taking my previous gel polish off. Picture to show one foot. Some of them may be small but it still hurts, as I’m on my feet in steel toe boots every day. At the end he had to get another nail tech to do my French tip because he couldn’t do it and even then I was disappointed with how they turned out, had to go home and file my nails some to feel somewhat better about them.
Wonderful first time experience. They gave me exactly what I asked for and were warm , welcoming , and professional . Would definitely return! Try them out guys in you’re ever in Jax.
Omg my nail tech Nancy did my nails so pretty I almost cried of course with tears of joy. I'll definitely be back and thanks for everything.
First they spent over an hour just trimming my nails down. I was so tired I was falling asleep it took so long. I had old nails on which most salons normally take 5 minutes peeling off but they decided to trim it down to the point of even cutting my nail down to the red part before they put the new acrylic nails on. The experience seemed long, unnecessary, and my nails felt cut down way too thin. Then when they did design it the blue sparkles was put on so lightly you could see through it. When I said it didn’t look right and needed to be more solid the salon worker actually argued with me that sparkles could only be so thick when it doesn’t take more than three coatings to make it look completely solid and they didn’t paint it in right to even look faded, I had to keep asking them to add more color to parts my nail was showing through several times until it looked good enough to move on. Than the design called for several big snowflakes and a couple smaller ones. She only did the big ones. I told her it once again didn’t look right and where to add the smaller ones. By the way, my phone with the example picture was sitting in front of her so she had full opportunity to look at it the entire time. There was also a white fade in the design which I told them not to do, I was trying to ask for the simplest way to design it I could so it wasn’t too complicated but they actually had a fading brush and paint so I just let them do it, in which she did a very sloppy job to where it looks more like a white smudge than a fade. They also made me wash my hands twice which was just kind of annoying I’ve never been asked to wash my hands more than once at a nail salon it seemed very unnecessary. This design has turned out worse than any other salon I’ve gone too, I had to ask them to fix constant errors and I still am not happy with it. I feel like it looks very sloppy compared to even close to what I expected when I just wanted nice nails for the holiday. I was already torn on going here since I feel like I’ve been here before and they didn’t do a great job but I didn’t leave a negative review so it couldn’t have been that bad. But here is what set me over the edge. After wasting almost more than 2 hours of my time on a simple design, constantly fixing errors and still finishing with a less than satisfactory job, they actually charged me $95 for a simple acrylic design which at most salons wouldn’t be more than $80 usually max for acrylics with some small coloring and snowflakes. $95 is grossly overcharging for a big acrylics design, let alone a very simple design like I asked for. This was definitely because the salon worker just wanted more money for the holiday, which was very greedy. She hardly did anything and when she did, she did a very poor job if anything she should have charged less for making so many mistakes and even cutting my nail down to the red part. I tipped $5 just because it’s about to be Christmas but I really didn’t feel like she deserved anything. I made it clear this was not a good experience and I would not be returning. I added pictures of what it ended up looking like compared to what it was supposed to look like. Decide for yourself if you want to try this place, but I don’t recommended it to anyone who wants nice acrylic designs and reasonable prices.
