Worst nail experience I’ve had in a while. I told the tech I wanted a full dip set & almond shape. She started doing the dip base and I was wondering when she was going to bring out the dip color. She went and got gel color. I said I don’t want gel I wanted dip. The tech asked me if I knew what dip was and I said yes and pointed behind her to the dip color. She said the color I picked wasn’t a dip color, knowing she had only shown me gel polish options after I had said before she started I only wanted dip on my nails. She proceeded to go back and forth with me until I just said okay since she had already filed my nails down and wasn’t adding anymore dip powder. She did my cuticles after our conversation and I started bleeding on two of my nails. The shape is also not almond. While she was finishing the last coat she saw I was dissatisfied she asked what was wrong. I said I didn’t like them and she put down the polish crossed her arms and said she wasn’t going to continue. I told her to finish and I was still going to pay I just didn’t like them. The rest of the session was completely silent she did not say one word to me and neither did anyone up front. Extremely unprofessional.
I’ve been coming here for a while and my nail tech Chloe always does an amazing job ! She’s very friendly, detail oriented, and so talented. I always leave feeling happy with the results, highly recommend.
I was disappointed with my recent builder gel set. Builder gel is supposed to follow the natural nail and have a thinner, more refined appearance, but my nails turned out very bulky and thick, especially from the side profile. The shaping and finish did not look properly refined underneath or along the edges. I was also uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the station during my appointment, as it did not appear as sanitary as expected for a nail service. Overall, the quality did not match what I requested or expected for the price paid.
I love this set so much! Matched my cupcakes perfectly! Definitely my favorite I’ve ever gotten. Not only was the shape perfect and smooth but the nail art was so cute and detailed! Crystal did such a great job on my nails and even recommended what would go best with what colors! The shape was perfect the nail art was perfect and all for a great price! This is definitely my new nail shop! 😸😸
I got the design I wanted, I’m happy with that. But tell me why it was $120 for a full set acrylic. The only modification/addition was an H for my fiancé’s last name on my ring finger on my left hand. I understand the length charge along with design but I feel this should not have been $120!!! Not to mention when the guy was putting the acrylic on it started to burn really bad. I’ve been getting my nails done almost 7/8 years and I’ve never had it burn. I will never be back. This was my 3rd time here. First time I was charged $60 for a fill in (solid color with one sparkly nail), the second time I did sns, which was fine, and then today. Will not be back.
