Richard OConnor: Allstate Insurance

I would like to retract my 5 star rating for Brandyn Bosch. He assisted me in setting up a new auto policy. I specifically stated I do not want a lapse in coverage or have to pay extra for the change. He said I would not just call him on October 2nd and pay the new amount. I did exactly that. I then set up ACH like I have for years with Allstate. About 2 weeks after I made the payment on October 2nd I received an email stating they are putting me in collections for $169. I then called Brandyn to inquire. He said it was from the lapse of old policy to new one. I reminded him I specifically asked about that and did not want that to happen. This is a huge miss failure to provide such important information and now I am in collections. I will be sending and notifying formal complaints against him for negatively impacting my finances. This is not ok.

I had been engaging with Cory with regards to my Renters insurance for the last 4 years and he has always provided me support above and beyond. Recently due to the change of my leasing office management, I had to go through additional changes where Cory had provided a tremendous help by taking care of all the changes and sorting out the issues (messes) on be-half of me. He's able to understand our situations and in time we are not very knowledgeable of what issues we are facing with, he has always been very friendly and cooperative towards us and highly recommend him for all your insurance related queries. Shoutout to Cory for his rapid response to a customer in distress, I needed my updated policy, and I needed it soon like the day before (not really, but soon)!! I reached out to him, and he got right on it. Reached out to him again and once again a rapid response. He was kind and made sure I didn't need anything else. Since I can only leave one review, I also appreciate you Bryson as helped me out when I called because Cory was busy (how dare he!!) Overall great team, rapid responses, friendly, I am pleased. Approve the PTO boss they deserve it!!!
