First I would like to acknowledge John my absolute favorite , he gives me the best pedicures I’ve ever had . John’s customer service is top tier. The young Asian guy who did my nails really was unprofessional, rush on my nails. He left nail polish on the side of my fingers. The nail polish was thick and ugly . I got my nails done Sunday and by Tuesday my rhinestones came off on my pointer finger and ring finger on my left hand and my ring finger on my right hand . The girl who went after me we saw each other at the grocery store which he did her nails also were horrible. I was ask to stay so they could be fixed but working 6 days a week with one day off and had other business to take care of I said no and I was upset . My nails was 65.00 dollars and my pedicure 48.00 dollars but John earned every bit of that plus a tip . What could’ve been offered was a discount but it wasn’t. I will continue to see John but if my nails can’t be done properly I’ll go else where .
Never same prices, always fluctuates for the same services. I have been going here for few months, but today was definitely my last. When I first started going here my pedicure would cost me $100-$120, then few visits later it was $140… and now today $175!
This location is only good for getting your feet done.. I just paid 40$ for the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. I’m so upset I don’t even know how they can be fixed. Uneven, different thickness on each nail, one is crooked… yes, I should’ve said something but how can you let a customer walk out like this knowing how it looks. I will neverrrr come back here.
Today was my first time at this nail salon and it was amazing. I was with Liala, recommended to me by another client of hers and she was all in all amazing! Not only was she a pleasant, and funny person to converse with, but she was quick, and when I pointed out something I wanted she was happy to oblige. Not to mention her work was astonishing and didn’t cost an arm and a leg! For $70 I got a full set with gel polish and the most beautiful design with rhinestones. She’s amazing and i will definitely be going here as my new consistent nail salon.
My nails look absolutely nothing like I requested. Before getting my nails done I asked not once not twice but three times if it could be done I was assured it can. I said 80$ and was told I have to pay 10$ more just for my nails to look horrible nails are slanted instead of straight the jewels arn't on the nail correctly it lik they was just placed to say its done my cuticle was never touched i am 100% dissatisfied! I will attached what I asked for (First picture with pink symbol) vs. what I received(Every other picture).
