Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

Came in today to get my nails done and love them. I only let the lady that sits at the second table do my nails.. she is the best and takes her time. Exactly what i asked for.

I’ve gone here for years and love Rita and Ian! I got my nails done for my birthday by someone else and I’ve never been unhappy and cut this much! I have a cut on almost every finger! I don’t think I’ll ever go back. And the lady couldn’t do what I asked for. Very disappointed especially with the amount of money I spent!

I happened to be out shopping at the supermarket that day and decided to step into this nail salon to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how meticulous and careful the nail technician was. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable. I’m really satisfied with the service and will likely come back again if I’m in the area.

Got a pedicure. Literally went home and 2 hours later my polish just came off and one chipped. Got gel nail polish. I went back the next day to get it fixed. Walked in polite and explained the issue, very calmly. The lady literally snapped, talking loud saying “you gone have to wait cuz we busy!” I said “that’s fine. I don’t mind waiting.” She said again “you gone have to WAIT!” Causing a scene now the whole salon looking at me. So embarrassing. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what. If I didn’t have an important day the next day, I would have walked clean out. Definitely my last visit here. Could have given me the polish and I woulda just did it myself.
