Went in for a simple pedicure with gel polish. The lady that did my pedicure was terrible. Between her digging her nail down in my toes while sloppily painting them to her scraping my skin off with the electric drill. Once she finished I had to have them redone by another lady at the salon and she did an even worse job. This is a bottom of the barrel nail salon and for my first time coming to do business it will definitely be my last. $45 to have to sit for an hour and a half just to leave highly upset and disappointed. The shaping was not squared like I requested and the a two year old could have done better. There were spots streaks and light areas as well as paint on my skin. This place needs to be put out of business. Then had the audacity to ask if I wanted my nails or eyebrows done. Like is you coo?
I myself did not read reviews before going here. 2 days after mani the polish was coming off and one of my nail split in 2. The lady there told me it's my fault due to my short nail and doing house work. My nail is finally healing after 1 month. Never going there again. They are using bad nail polish. I'm still so upset about it. Such bad business.
Joy is the only person here who can do nails efficiently. I just had my nails done by someone else and they look awful to the point where I feel like just crying. I just paid full price to get my nails done here, I can't afford to go somewhere else and get them fixed. How is this okay? This type of customer service is demoralizing. THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE YET. I would appreciate if management could reach out in regards to this situation and help me with receiving a refund so I can have my nails fixed. Thank you.
This salon has proved to be very good. I have had two different technicians and both were good. I was able to go 3 weeks both times before getting a fill in and all nails were still solidly in place. They only offer gel.
Amazing service! Have come back time and time again to Susan! Highly recommend her for any nail designs you may want
