Rebound Rehabilitation/Progressive Step Rehab- College Drive

Rebound Rehabilitation/Progressive Steps Center is by far the best Rehab center in Orange Park! They are all very kind, and professional. They stay right with you through the entire hour making sure you are doing it right. They don't cut you any slack, which I like. They even have this cool app with all of your "exercises", with video illustrations and very clear instructions. No more guessing at home if you're doing it right or not. I like the app because it holds you accountable for doing the exercises at home as well. I would highly recommend Rebound Rehabilitation/Progressive Steps to everyone needing physical therapy. They're the best!

I would not recommend using this company for a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE). I paid $600 for an FCE in January and, months later, I still have not received the results or any follow-up information. I have called multiple times requesting an update, but my calls have not been returned. Even my doctors have been unable to obtain a copy of the evaluation results. For a service that costs this much, communication and timely delivery of results should be a basic expectation. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

From the Reception Desk with Payton, to the Techs, Marcos, Danielle and Sam, to the Physical Therapist, Zach, you couldn't ask for better people. They all were concerned with how I felt, how I was doing and what they could do to make my recovery go smoothly and fast. Good job to all.

Excellent care but they have limited machines and and space. I was extremely happy with the staff and treatments I received. I especially like their app that help you keep up at home. 👍🏼
