Rebound Rehabilitation - Orange Park

Been doing this for a few weeks now. What a difference having someone who knows the correct exercises for my injury. Am progressing well and anxious to be up walking on my own, soon! Great group to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, encouraging. What a pleasant hour!

My next appointment will be my 45th and last appointment. Everyone has been and is amazing. I went from almost no range of motion to basically all the way. They have helped so much and walked me through everything with all the support I could need. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs pt.

I've had a wonderful experience at Rebound Rehabilitation. Since starting, my ankle has gotten significantly stronger, and I feel the progress week after week. Hitendra is fantastic about checking in on my goals and making sure the exercises are actually helping me meet them. Jamie at the front desk is always cheerful and incredibly accommodating with scheduling-she consistently goes above and beyond. The PT assistants are quiet but friendly, and the app they use to track at-home workouts is both convenient and efficient. I recently dropped from three visits a week to two, and honestly, I'll be a little sad when I'm all done! Overall, it's been a great experience and has helped me immensely.
