Cindy Treaster at Real Women lift is so gifted! She has helped me immensely over the years to keep my body strong. I have recently returned to her studio and have found it just wonderful. Welcoming and knowledgeable Cindy takes you through a specifically designed routine to work out your entire body. She knows just where to focus and when. The studio is up to date with newer equipment, super clean and bright. A studio for women. If you want to get results, this is a great place for women of all ages.

I have been attending this Gym since June 2025. I was apprehensive to start my strength training journey after retiring but I'm so glad I chose Real Women Lift. I love that the Gym is small, intimate, clean and has plenty of essential items for a great workout. I never feel intimidated even when working with group classes. I feel this Gym is very welcoming to all fitness levels and highly receommend!
I've been training with Cindy for over 4 years and the results have been amazing. I am not only stronger and more fit but Cindy has taught me so much about impacting my health and longevity - not just through her strength training but in a comprehensive way. She is extremely knowledgeable, stays up to date on all things health related, and keeps our classes interesting and varied. She pays such close attention to each of us individually and gives timely and useful feedback to improve our workouts. I don't think you could find a better trainer. I'm in my mid-60s and plan to work out with Cindy until she retires (and we will all be sad!)
Cindy does a great job keeping us all on track so that we get a great workout! The atmosphere is friendly and warm. She's goal directed and focused, but always responsive to our needs. I hurt my back once and she gave me specific exercises to do that day that relieved the muscle spasms. Almost didn't go that day, but was so glad I did! I felt so much better after that session! I've been able to accomplish so much more to advance my strength and fitness in this small group training environment than I ever would have accomplished on my own. This July will be 2 years that I've been working with Cindy and I look forward to many more!
I absolutely love this studio. Cindy is a master trainer but also very kind and patient. I’ve been with her for 6.5 years now and it’s one of the best things I ever did for myself. I’ve seen real results and have stayed consistent. I’ve also worked out with Michelle and she is exceptional…high energy and fun. Highly recommend!!
