The guy did my nails, He left a lot of excess paint underneath and on the sides in which I just thought no problem it will rinse off but no it didn't and the more I looked at my nails the next day it looked like it was time to go get my nails done. Pink and white disaster, I called them about 5 times it was like someone was picking up the phone and hanging up. The sides of my nails 🤔 Just say I would need many camera angles. I decided not to try calling them again. Nails are very expensive these days I will not be going back.
Every time I am in Jacksonville FL, this is my go to spot. I love the atmosphere and staff, the gentleman doing my toes is who I always request. Appointments are recommended because they stay busy with there regular clientele. Very professional and clean shop. Nails and toes done by Q nails, but all nail jewelry shown was done by me and my grandbaby.
Love love love Steve and Annie! Best nail techs in Jacksonville. They make you feel like home and my nails always look perfect!! Whatever I show Steve on Pinterest he always manages to replicate it perfectly. Definitely recommend them. They are appointment only so make sure you call first .
Great experience. Annie is so sweet and does an fabulous job on my nails. Mr Tim has magical hands and gives one of the most amazing pedicures.
I recently relocated to the west side and was on the market for a new nail salon home. I stumbled across Qnails on Google maps and had to check them out, and I’m so glad that I did. Upon entry they greeted me nicely and started my services in less than 5 minutes. I was not aware that they operate based off appointments but they still serviced me and made it seem as if it was so issue (I didn’t even know they were appointment based til after I got my pedicure). I got a pedicure and medium coffin set and was in and out in under 2 hrs. They even offered drinks during the service. Steve and his wife are so down to earth and friendly and the environment is so cute and calming that I will definitely be back for years to come! Thanks a lot Steve!💕
