PV Plumbing was EXCELLENT to replace and install a new tankless water heater in my home. They sent a TEAM out to remove the 75 gallon power vented very old water heater and professionally install a modern Rinnai RXP199i (propane). We were very impressed them!! From start to finish! Within 20 minutes of the phone call we received 2 estimates clearly stating our choices for a Rinnai 75 gallon replacement tank or tankless equipment. After I clicked “approve” we received a phone call saying they could arrive the next day and install. Their staff from start to finish was the best we’ve encountered for plumbing and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND. These plumbers know what they are doing. And they do it RIGHT the first time. They were courteous as well as super clean. Thanks PV Plumbing for a job well done.
I had an outstanding experience with PV Plumbing and Air from beginning to end. Garrett handled the initial scheduling and estimate with exceptional professionalism, and he personally saw the entire process through from the first conversation until the work was successfully completed. Zachary, the technician who performed the work, truly went above and beyond. He combined professional expertise, careful planning, and an exceptional work ethic to create a flawless solution at a fair and reasonable price. Several other companies had looked at this HVAC duct-system issue and did not seem to have a clue how to properly diagnose or correct it. Zachary understood the problem, developed the right plan, and put in the hard work necessary to solve it. My problems have finally been resolved. PV Plumbing and Air delivered the professionalism, honesty, expertise, and quality workmanship that the other companies could not provide. Based on my experience and research, I highly recommend PV Plumbing and Air—especially Garrett and Zachary—to anyone looking for dependable service and real solutions.
We had a plumbing issue where we had to turn off the water to our whole house and PV Plumbing came out within 90 minutes to get it resolved. Aidan was great and able to quickly fix the issue. Highly recommend!
I'm a repeat customer with PV Plumbing and can't say enough positive about the company and their staff. They take a consultative posture when working through quotes and are very flexible and professional doing the work itself. Charles, my tech with this last visit, was incredibly efficient, careful, and friendly and even left the work area cleaner than he found it.
Outstanding service at a great price. We’ve used them twice and have had five star service both times. This was for maintenance on our water heater. Like always, we got four estimates. Two estimates were more than double and the third was close. The tech showed up right at the scheduled time, patiently listen to and answered my questions, explained what he was going to do, and did it. Quick and clean. Highly recommend.
