Erick did wonderful job. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend. Before and after pics
I had very dirty coils for a house I’m working on that required a professional. Was told he’d look at it and decide if it needs to be removed or can just be cleaned. They schedule a 2 hour window for arrival as if they’re a national cable company, and miss the window completely. Gives me the option to clean or remove/ I want to remove- says it has to wait for another day then. Ugh, just clean it then. Cleaned it, and charged me a $90 diagnosis fee on top of service. Which is total nonsense. And left a nice dirty handprint on my freshly painted wall. Tempted to back charge and include “diagnosis fees” 🤣, but I’ll just move on and try to find better.
I had a great experience with Flowstate Pros! HVAC technician Kevin Bulan provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to thoroughly explain the work he completed, as well as a few concerns we should have checked out in the future. This was my first time using Flowstate Pros, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of service. I will definitely use this company again and won’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you, Kevin, for a job well done!
Excellent service! My AC went out and they made it a priority to get it fixed asap. Reasonable with price too! I’m a very happy customer!! Thank you Bert and Kevin
Awesome experience with Flowstate Pros! Had them check out my A/C that was blowing hot. They were efficient in diagnosing the problem and had my system up and running like normal in no time. Thanks for five star service! Would not hesitate to contact them again!!
