Brendon was absolutely outstanding. My AC went down, and in the Florida heat that’s basically an emergency — but he showed up the same day and got everything fixed quickly and professionally. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue in a way that made sense, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and that level of honesty and efficiency is hard to find. If you’re looking for someone reliable who actually delivers on what they promise, Brendon is the guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend 365 Solutions to anyone!!!!
Dustin Williams of 365 Solutions was wonderful. He came out and looked at the situation to give me an accurate quote whereas other plumbers just wanted a description by text and they gave me quotes that weren’t quite in line with what Dustin provided. He came out to switch out my tub and shower faucet/Showerhead combination And did a great job. When he was done, everything was working perfectly, the area was clean, and he even put back the drywall that he took out. I have to mud and paint it, but that’s just fine. I really like the responsiveness and reliability of 365 Solutions. Their prices are reasonable also I’m very happy with their service.
We had a great experience. I wish I could have written down the names of the technicians, however both.of them who helped us were very friendly and took time to explain the problem and fixed it. We are very happy with 365 Solution Plumbing and highly recommend.
Brian and his assistant Ransom were nothing less than superb! They determined the problem in minutes to be a clogged AC drain and flushed the system. It was incredibly packed with debris, even though the system had routinely been maintained by DelAir every six months— so much for those people!. 365 solutions will be my go to source going forward. keep up the great work and excellent customer service and communication communications. I appreciate the timely response. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We did have considerable moisture leaking enough to saturate the LPC vinyl panels in the hallway and segments, but they are drying out and hopefully will be fine. Thank you so much.
Dustin came out to give me an estimate on some future plumbing repairs. He gave me a call to let me know that he was on his way. Dustin was also right on time! Communication by email, text and phone call was greatly appreciated and the appointment reminders were great! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He sent over the repair estimates promptly to my email right after he left. I am very happy with my how my appointment went and I am thankful to have found an honest technician! Thank you!
