There are companies you hire, and there are companies you're grateful you found. ProTech is firmly the latter. I've worked with dozens of HVAC companies over the years, and I can say without hesitation that John Houle is the friendliest, most professional, and most knowledgeable air conditioning pro I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He can test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair virtually any issue with your system, and just as importantly, he can identify where mistakes were made by whoever came before him and flag them clearly so you actually understand what's going on with your equipment. But what truly sets ProTech apart is the heart behind the work. John and Annie treat every client and every home as if it were their own. That's a rare thing. They don't cut corners, they don't rush, and they don't talk down to you. They bring a level of care, honesty, and genuine craftsmanship that I simply haven't found anywhere else. If you want the job done right by people who actually take pride in their work and respect your home, look no further. John and Annie bring something special to this profession, and they've earned a customer for life. By far and away the best in the business. Don't hesitate.
