Rita is our hir stylist. She does a wonderful job she is especially good with my 90yr old mother in law that has to have her hair done every 2 weeks lol. I would recommend this place. They greet you when you walk in.
went here for a simple wash & trim. I've been natural for over 15 years. When I went to wash my hair the first time I discovered some type of chemical treatment was put in my hair, which made it bone straight. I continue to wash my hair with clarifying and neutralizing shampoo for three months while I contacted the owner and the stylist and didn't get any assistance as to what was put in my hair or any recommendations on if it was permanent or how to treat. I was told I was gonna receive a phone call and no one has followed up with me. if you're a natural hair female stay away from this place. I'm in such distraught as my hair is now falling out from whatever chemical process was put in it.....l'm currently in contact with a lawyer. I plan on suing and filing criminal charges for assault.
I really needed a haircut and didn’t have a salon here in Jacksonville so I saw this salon was close by, i called ahead to see if they could take a walk-in, and Jackie was able to take me right away which was amazing! I told her I wanted to cut it a healthy length and she also added some great long layers. She was so sweet!
I have had the same hair dresser for YEARS (almost 16 years!) and I went to Mrs. Jackie while I was on vacation here in Jacksonville. She gave me the best highlight I have ever gotten. She also cut my hair from chest length to an inverted bob and did such an amazing job. I was scared to death for somebody to touch my hair other than my usual stylist but I was so impressed. She takes her time and really cares for her clients.
My teenage daughter is very picky about who touches her hair. They went above and beyond for her. Im so very impressed!! Hwy new go to.
