David's great with my buyers, helping them find the best rates and product, while making the process clear and simple! His team's fantastic at answering questions and finding solutions if complications pop up. He's my go-to
Michael, Shannon and the whole team at Prime Lending were recommended to me by a close friend and the mortgage process was straight forward and painless. They are responsive, on top of things and really easy to work with. Mike was my first phone call when I decided to buy a house (he even set me up with a great realtor) and they led me smoothly through closing.
David and Tim did an outstanding with our home purchase. David was very thorough explaining the process and even sent us videos to explain where we were during the various steps of closing our loan. I would highly recommend using David Wakefield and his Prime Lending team!!
A few months ago the last thing on our mind was selling our home and buying a new one. We were referred to David by our realtor and he did not disappoint! David made this one of the smoothest and simple transactions out of all my previous home buying experiences. He was transparent, diligent and efficient throughout the whole process. The professionalism and work ethic from David and Tim were unmatched. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to start their home buying journey.
We highly recommend David Wakefield with PrimeLending. David and Tim White were 5 out of 5 stars! They were very professional and caring. Their communications on everything, before, during, and after, helped to make buying our home go as smoothly as possible and streamlined the process.
