Pretty Nails

I’ve been to the salon twice now. The first time was an amazing experience. I had a younger male do my pedicure. I got the basic experience and he spent so much time in care. He was friendly and the massage was one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. fast forward to today when I come back I didn’t see him. I requested a pedicure, assuming everyone had the same training however this time I requested the deluxe pedicure because my first one was so good unfortunately the woman who did my pedicure today rushed through my almost $60 pedicure and completed it in less than 20 minutes I got zero massage without her fingernails, digging into the bottom of my foot and when I mentioned at the end that I’m paying more for less of a service, she just smiled and said oh better next time. I have never been so upset. I’m also very ticklish and I tell them that before I start my pedicure, I’ve never had someone just not do the services they’re supposed to do because I’m ticklish all in all the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten and I have to go home and scrub my own feet I will not be back in. I’ll highly advise communicating your preferences before you visit.

I have been to plenty of nail salons in Jax and this one is by far the best one I've been to. I have my girls and I go to Ruby, John and Mimi. I have went to Ruby the last few times and she is always so sweet and welcoming. She always gets my nails on point. John and Mimi have also did both of my daughter's nails and they always get them right and are so gentle with the process. Prices are amazing, and affordable. I usually spend about 50-60 everytime I go for a fill, gel polish and designs on my nails. They're all so sweet and my nails never lift when I go here, like they do everywhere else. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know.

I always have a great experience with Pretty Nails Salon. Ruby and her husband John always take good care of me and my family. I love them and their establishment. I love my nails, I been coming here for the past couple years since I been here in Jacksonville, FL. They are the best in town if you ask me.
