My husband and I really enjoyed visiting this store. I bought a pretty heart rock and my husband bought a megaladon sharks tooth. They are so cool! Teddy was very nice and informative about everything we had questions about. We will definitely visit this store again the next time we visit St. Augustine. We loved it!
You don't have to be Indy to appreciate the history in this shop. From fascinating fossils to magnificent Maglidon teeth, this shop has a little of everything. They have plenty for younger kids, too. My daughter (11) loved it and ended up picking out a few things. They prices are not bad though some of the pieces are very expensive so watch the little ones. The staff is very friendly as well and package your items securely to make sure they are safe. If you like stones, fossils, or just pretty sparkling things, you should stop in and take a look around.
Love this store! We went on Saturday September 21.. in the afternoon..it was so crowded on the street but the guys working in the store were so friendly, especially the younger guy behind the counter! The store is an absolute must see. So many awesome things to see! It’s definitely a must visit for us!
My wife and I have been coming to Florida every year for the last 15 years. We love shopping in the St. Augustine downtown area. We decided to scope this shop out because my buddy back home has always wanted a real shark tooth. The owner got mad when I asked if everything in his shop was real. I didn’t mean to insult him. I just wanted some reinsurance. Also he wasn’t very welcoming. Watching his interactions with another couple and listening I knew right away this is not the place. Most of the time I can set differences aside, but in this case I couldn’t. After careful review I decided not to purchase anything. I couldn’t wait to read the lowest reviews on this establishment. They were everything I expected. Can’t wait for his reply on this write up. I’ve already read how he responds to criticism. If you end up going here you will see right away unless he cleans up his act. Yes there is always two sides to a story, but this is my side.
Nice gems and such, some things here you can't find like megalodon teeth with gems on them, or roman and viking arrowheads. Good for high end gem buyers and collectors, got 100$ bills laying around? Good place to spend them
