Seth did a great job with my HVAC maintenance. Super friendly, showed up on time, and took the time to explain everything in a simple way. He checked everything well and made sure that the system was running well before leaving. Bonus - he knows ASL, which made communication so much easier and really appreciated. Definitely happy with the service and would use them again.

We’ve had Powell for our HVAC service for close to five years now and a new system installed about 3 years ago. Their service is second to none and outstanding. Most recently we had an issue with a main duct becoming disconnected (fault of the home builder). It was hidden and up near attic/roofline. Josh found the problem and they did a great job in helping us get it fixed. You might find someone a little cheaper but you won’t get the service and quality that Powell provides. Also, the customer service reps on the phone are excellent. Very responsive and when they say they’ll call back, they do!

Gavin came out to do our 6 month inspection great manners explained everything he was going to do made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns , great customer service Gavin . Look Powell heating and Air up if you want this kind of great service.

Garrett came out for the maintenance check. He was super polite and patient with all my questions. Overall a great first experience with this company. I signed up for the maintenance program and feel at peace with my AC :)
